White tea: White tea is fermented and uncured form of tea and it is found through studies that white tea has the highest anti cancer properties.

Oolong tea: Oblong tea has properties that can help in bringing the levels of bad cholesterol down, and hence are good for heart and prevent cases of heart stroke.
